Achieve individual sales targets of over 15 Million Dirhams per quarter.
Reporting to Sales Director weekly with customer feedback, competitors new offers and find new strategies to drive sales.
• Generate direct new leads through networking in local and international exhibitions and working on client referral scheme.
• Constant follow up with existing clients and unconverted leads by updating them with new offers to drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Overseeing Mena and Africa Region to create leads, attend international exhibition and establish different sale activations to create new leads and drive sales.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and providing them with after sales service.
• Interviewing, training, reviewing performance of the sales team.
• Working with Brokers on a day to day basis and give them full support by providing them sales training and attending meetings with their clients to close deals.
• Expands channel partners/brokers locally and internationally to drive more sales.
• Driving and motivating team towards targets, negotiating with potential/existing clients for new sales and upholding existing relationships through invite initiatives, preference model, direct visit activation.
• Coordinate with customer service and finance/accountant team to ensure all documents and payments are signed and received.
• Assist and support the sales team with their client meetings and sales processes.
