Managing the fixation process of 500, 000 m2 of gypsum works
Preformed a quantity survey for the gypsum works contract and estimated the quantities of the needed materials.
Put the work in place plan “ WIP” for the gypsum works scope to follow the project schedule.
Communicate and order materials from external and internal suppliers .
