* Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
* Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
* Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments,
sub-contractors, suppliers and customers.
* Making sure a product can be made reliably and will perform consistently
in specified operating environment.
* Working with other professionals, within and outside the engineering sector.
* Controlling maintenance tools, stores & equipment.
* Participating with a core team in the implementation of the SAP software
for a better control on handling and storing all spare parts.
* Managing a team of nine technicians, handling with them all technical
issues and following-up on their daily activities.
* Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans,
conferring with management.
* Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and
elements, assigning personnel.
* Determines project specifications by studying product design and
performance standards, completing technical studies, preparing cost estimates.
* Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications,
calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements.
* Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and
schedule changes, recommending actions.
* Controls project costs by approving expenditures, administering contractor
contracts.
* Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
information and trends, recommending actions.
* Conduct installation, Sterile test, Commissioning and Performance test
of new filling machines and downstream equipment according to the time
plan agreed with our customer “Project Master Schedule, PMS”
* Preparation of accurate weekly service reports and submission of it on
time to gather accurate statistics and on time invoicing of service activities
rendered to customers.
* Install, Test and Monitor filling line modifications / optimizations
according to company requirements in designated time frame and report
problems and results.
* Prepare replaced spare parts for claim / repair procedure to reduce the
operation costs.
* Support inspection and maintenance according to company requirements,
ensure proper setting of maintained parts and submit completed maintenance
checklists and reports immediately after completion.
* Reactive troubleshooting of the filling lines in order to minimize the
downtime during normal operation.
* Monitor production and new technological improvements of filling lines,
detect problems that are affecting efficiency and work on lasting problem
solutions.
* Handling of customers complaints and audits in our site.
* Handling of ISO/TS 16949 audits.
* Responsible for submitting the 8-D Reports and implementation for
all actions over the production line as per the mentioned dates.
* Initiate with the core team the project time plan, control plan, PFMEA and
the process flow chart.
* Internal and External analysis for each product and implement the required
actions to eliminate failures and reduce defects.
* Applying of APQP “Advanced Product Quality Planning” including the
required quality study for the new Projects.
* Developing the quality plans from prototype phase to serial production.
* Supporting the continuous improvement for quality systems.
* Securing customer satisfaction with direct and prompt customer contacts.
* Responsible for submitting PPAP samples to our customers.
