• Responsible for telecom expense management application (MFT). MFT is a spend manager web application offered by
Vodafone to its global customers to allow them to manage and control their File exchange in a secured environment.
• Responsible for maintaining the application high availability, performance and capacity.
• Troubleshoot app workflow, business logic, communication between frontend and backend.
• Analyze the data life cycle to discover defects, delay and errors.
• Perform incident, problem and change management
• Monitor the data center HW/SW throughout the available tools.
• Troubleshoot operating system Problems (Performance, processes, memory, load and etc.).
• Troubleshoot IT Services offered by the company (Mail system, Bind, Hosting applications, Monitoring applications).
• Perform operating system installation, upgrade, performance tuning and enhancements.
