o Preparing strategies & action plans to increase sales leads and prospects.

o Developing and maintaining a network in the community to enhance the visibility of the bank and to build a strong referral source for new potential business.

o Expanding of business to include new clients; by establishing effective professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
