• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Conducting the HR interviews for section Head level position and above.
• Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.

• Provide accurate implementation feedback, training and support for recruitment & Payroll Software so that users can be confident in the new system and so that sore spots can be proactively mitigated. This includes understanding, and teaching others, how to use the feedback tools built into the software.

Recruitment:
•Collecting C.Vs utilizing online recruitment services to attract and source applicants and classify them based on each profession and finally store them in database for retrieval as and when required.
•Screening and short listing candidate CV’s against job descriptions.
•Organizing interviews and producing interview schedules.
•Conduct HR interviews with engineers and non-technical staff at all levels across the project (civil engineers, mechanical engineers, architectural engineers, foreman, surveyors, secretaries, …) and issue their HR assessment form in order to present it to the recruitment supervisor.
•Liaising with applicants to provide updates on their progress.
•Updating vacancy and applicant status within the recruitment procedure.
•Handle administration in all HR functions such as assisting in writing job specifications/descriptions, updating the CV database, recruitment, and preparation of Offer Letter, Issuance of Job Responsibility.
•Notify applicants of results of selection process through Thank You emails if rejected or prepare job offers if accepted.
•Develop and update Organization Chart.
• Issue reports for turnover rates, hires, transfers and promotions.
