Working as a telecom engineer at WI-connect, my duties and responsibilities include:
 Perform site survey to determine line of site and GPS coordinate and required frequency to connect base station and client.
 Connect customers by using point to point and point to multi point microwave links.
 Participate in RF planning to maximize coverage distance an eliminate interferences as much as possible.
 Working closely with the network infrastructure to install and activate customers’ site.
 Knowledge of Wifi standards, LTE/4G, fiber, microwave and Wimax standards.
 Measure performance and capacity requirement.
 Reporting to the technical manager.
