Duties
•Oversee Projects directing multi-disciplinary Teams, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers, ensuring the delivery of the Projects on time;
•Site management for all Construction activities;
•Managing manpower organization and ensure the best utilization;
•Establishing Construction Schedules, Manpower Histogram, Materials and Equipments requirements;
•Implementing the HSE program on site during construction;
•Attending weekly Progress Meeting with Main Contractor, Consultant and Client;
•Liaison with Main Contractor, Consultant and Client to ensure smooth operation of the project;
•Monitoring actual work performance compared to the project budget and schedule;
•Assisting in resolving coordination problems for the Project regarding design details, selection of materials and other construction issues with the Main Contractor and Consultant.
•Ensure the full compliance with QA/QC procedures, ITP, Method Statements and ensure all tests are carried out as per Contract’s requirements;
•Reviewing the Design and Shop Drawings prepared by the Technical Department before submitting to Consultant;
•Monitoring the Sub-Contractor’s progress and ensure that the Sub-Contractors are working as per the Project Requirements;
•Monitoring the materials delivery at site by coordinating with the Procurement Department and Suppliers in order to receive the materials on time;
•Ensure the Site Team obtained all the necessary information that enable them to execute in accordance with the drawings and specifications;
•Indentify the communication line between the Site Team in order to keep all parties in the loop about the progress of the Project;
•Actively involved in resolving the coordination problems for the Project regarding Design Details, selection of materials and other Construction issues with the Main Contractor and Consultant;
•Quantifying of the executed works in terms of installation and material delivery for the preparation of monthly payment application;
