Reviewing/Managing Sustainability aspects of projects according to GSAS (Global Sustainability Assessment System).

Integrating global sustainability assessment system (GSAS) in new construction/existing buildings, through training professionals in Saudi Arabia, assessing projects according to the system and creating communal awareness about sustainability for engineers, building/facility managers and for users as well.

Assessing projects in terms of Urban connectivity/Site/Energy/Water/Materials/Indoor Environment/Culture and Identity/Management and Operations as per GSAS requirements.

Starting with Dar Amman design office from the beginning of Year 2013. Working as a group leader on several project; Estidama Research Center for Saudi Basic Industries Company - SABIC, Salahaddin University in Erbil - Presidency building and Housing zones.

Working with one of the biggest construction consultancies, on middle east projects - concentrated in Gulf region (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Yemen). Mohammed also worked with various design phases of different kinds of projects (Hospitality, educational, institutional, religious, transportation, expos, commercial and residential projects). All these years of experience were really helpful and joyful. Mohammed contributed with diverse kinds of practices in Dar al Handasah, which added a quite great knowledge base to his professional life.
