Job Purpose:
-Analyze the daily, weekly, monthly& annually figures through reports.
-Transfer all the operational information from the head departments to the stores and vice versa through written memos.
Job Context:
-Responsibilities revolve around assisting the head departments in taking strategic decisions through analyzing a number of regular reports.
-The jobholder is also responsible for ensuring the smooth communication between the head departments & the Branches.
-This requires the ability to effectively analyze the generated figures into indicative reports; it also requires building strong channels with all the departments head & the Branches management team.

○Attend and perform quarterly and annual stock takes and report reasons for
discrepancies.
○Check counter scales and ensure that they are properly functioning (Selling
Price + Calibrations)
○Ensure products are properly bar-coded.
○Replace old promotions signs and prepare appropriate shelf talkers.
○Ensure shelf edge label are correct and in place.
○Work together with store manager to ensure stock evaluation to avoid out
of stock and over stock.
