* Responsible to configure, manage, maintenance to ensure the operational availability and monitor all of Information Technology (IT) System base on Citibank IT standard and compliance (standardized security policy, performance, inventory, management hardware, software, networking, backup etc.)
* Maintain and troubleshoot the network Infrastructure & Administration system and operating system, applications, provide PC support and troubleshooting including diagnose and repair faults
* Assist in source testing and evaluation of standard software and hardware for new requirements, and recommendation of new upgrades when necessary
* Maintain and administration of Voice Telecommunication System (AVAYA/Lucent PABX system included billing system), CCTV, other peripherals and related fields in day to day activities in Branches
* Proactive, cooperative and work closely with LAN Administrator, Regional TI Administrators as well as all Group IT team to support daily business
* Daily administrator of the windows operating system, NICE Logger/Voice Recording System - user profile, usage and allocation space and time, User logins, rights and passwords (both LAN & System Voice/PABX)
* Maintain Windows Workstations, perform regular system and/or anti-virus patch/upgrade, backup system, inventories (software, license, hardware), etc
* Helping end-user to support for IT and Voice Telecommunication System, problem analysis and management, problem resolution/solving for users of branches via on site, phone, remote software, web service application/problem ticketing Remedy
* Coordinate with vendor/supplier for outsourced functions (repair, install, deployment and implementation project, maintenance, etc.)
* Reporting to SDT Manager. Do regularly (daily, weekly, monthly, semiannual and annually) reporting that performance and controlling measurement and resources management
* Responsible for installation and implementation (hardware and software) of AVAYA Communication: Client and Server Computer Telephony Integration System (CTI) in the project at Telco Company: PT. Excelcomindo Pratama client (GSM XL 818 Call Center Service)
* Ensure the equipments delivery completely to the locations, by providing good testing, inventory control and supporting Documentation
