Job Description:-

1- Lead teams and supervise of work to emphasize achievement of schedule, quality, cost and safety objectives.

2- Study and analyze project specification and drawings in order to Define Construction requirements and acceptance criteria .

3- Plan, monitor and control execution of work on site and verify compliance with Approved shop-drawing, specification, resolve any technical related issues as instructed and directed by Construction Manager.

4- Verify completeness and compliance of work with the acceptance criteria prior to submission to the Quality Department according to relevant inspection including subcontractors tasks .

5- Overall, supervision and coordination of General Foreman and Site Engineers areas of responsibilities and allocation of work areas.

6- Coordinate Subcontractors works, and perform regular inspection to verify compliance with specified requirements and construction schedule, ensure sufficient and competent resources utilized by the subcontractor. Report any trends for delays to Construction Manager.

7- Coordinate with procurement Engineer for materials delivery and take necessary action with Construction Manager to prevent delays in Construction schedule.

8- Proper usage of materials to minimize wastage, allocation of materials in the appropriate working areas and supervision of materials storage area.

9- Ensure confirmation of Verbal instruction initiated on instructions given by resident engineer on site, and ensure a copy forwarded to Engineering and cost controller.

10- Supervision and implementation of Safety requirements and take necessary actions to prevent accidents.

11- Coordinate site resources with the General Foreman and report to Construction Manager the adequacy and availability to maintain the construction schedule.

12- Any responsibilities as delegated by the construction Manager .

Site Engineer, Sep 2011 to January 2013: Institute of Tourism and Hospitality (Jizan ) location Jizan, Saudi Arabia, Client: Tvtc, Cost: SR 30 million, 8 building + finishing
