Project Management:
1. Handling different projects as planner engineer by analyzing the awarded project by asking my self many questions like:
I. What do we have in this project?
II. How much time do we have to deliver this project?
III. How can we meet the customer targets and delivery dates?
IIII. Do the customer have any priority to be followed?
2. Updating the delivery status and always keep a record of what is delivered and what is balance to be delivered and always make sure that the delivery dates are achievable.
Material Planning:
1. Preparing material check reports for the received approved bill of materials.
2. Raising purchase requests for the shortage materials.
3. Following-up with procurement to get the estimated time of arrival of those shortage materials.
4. Trying to find alternatives if the material will take time to arrive.
Production Planning:
1. Giving delivery dates and priority list for the production team.
2. Following-up with all production sections to make sure that the given dates will be achieved.
Teaching the basics of Electrical Engineering like:
Electrical theories, electronic systems, AI systems,
machine learning systems, and Electric labs.
