Responsible to manage Offshore Construction Projects from LOI /Award of Contract till Closeout within the framework of relevant Contracts applicable codes / standards.

Manage major project resources; plan / schedule; budget; create cashflow projections based on milestones for various scope of work / work
packages, with in-depth analysis of high value resources required for offshore operations specific to individual projects.

Establish and manage a project specific “project execution plan” to effectively execute the project and enable PMT interaction with
(a)client’s PMT and relevant other departments
(b) all in-house departments within the company (c) major subcontractors and vendors.

The above done for relevant phases of the project viz design / engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, load-out, offshore construction / installation / pre-commission and close-out.
Manage, control and coordinate relevant design centers and subcontractors, vendors in developing necessary engineering for Manufacture / construction / installation of packages and develop
relevant procedures, method statements, deliverables, execution schedule & their interface for ease of execution.

Ensure relevant scope of work is executed as per Contract that does not commit to any extra-contractual issues / disputes; as well are
compliant with relevant standards/specifications, warranty survey, insurance and other statutory requirements and are thus approved.
