PMP Certified, Responsible for the development, Engineering and construction of projects in Real Estate Department from market & feasibility study until handing over to operation & maintenance team including the execution of the projects in accordance to set objectives with managing scope, time, cost, quality, risks and internal & external resources.
Responsible for the execution of construction projects and handed over to the client with coordination between all project aspects including revision of shop drawings, managing project constraints, issuing change orders, follow up with purchasing, ensure execution work within the specifications and that the project addressed overall objectives and program executed on time without waste and delay and cover immediately any occurred delay.
Responsible for structural design of reinforced concrete projects located in U.A.E using advanced software's like Etabs and Safe in addition to the coordination with the architect, mechanical and electrical engineers.
Graduated as Civil Engineer from Lebanese university, faculty of Engineering.
