KAUST is an international research University which was opened in September 2009. EFS Contract with KAUST is single largest FM contract in the GCC in 2009, with a value of $17, 000, 000. The state of the art facilities included over 40 laboratories in the 6 million square meter campus including Cleanrooms, NMR's, a Data Center housing the IBM super computer Shaheen the 14th fastest in the world. The gated community also included 3500 residential units, over 50 commercial units, a fire station, hospital clinic with recreational facilities including a golf course, sports stadium and a marina.

Key Responsibilities at King Abdullah University of science & Technology as Projects Manager facilities. Under this role I am responsible for the whole life cycle of Project management of the non capital works program across the KAUST Township contains over 36 million square meters using PMI best practice, Projects including Facilities maintenance, Renovations, Office Churn Projects, Modifications, Refurbishments, up gradations and Remodeling of existing facilities.
