operations. Leading the integration of AI-driven capabilities, including automated
call transcription using OpenAI Whisper, telephony integrations with CloudTalk, and
intelligent workflow automation. Collaborating across cross-functional teams to
design, implement, and enhance mission-critical systems while driving innovation
through cloud and AI technologies.

Developed web portals and enterprise applications for major telecom operators in
Pakistan, contributing to application architecture, component development,
prototyping, and the delivery of scalable web solutions within cross-functional
teams.

Built a new web application on Laravel 8 that focused on food delivery. Managing
team of multiple developers, and SQAs. Coordination with Data entry, sales, and
brand alliances departments alongwith studies for German Clients

Led the development and maintenance of enterprise e-commerce solutions for
German clients, leveraging technologies including Laravel, Symfony, Shopware,
Magento, JTL, Oxid, XT-Commerce, and PrestaShop. Responsible for backend
architecture, database design, system integrations, performance optimization, and
the delivery of scalable, high-availability applications supporting complex business
operations.
