Oversee inspection and testing activities through continuous follow-up and spot audits in order to ensure that inspection activities are being done according to the set Quality Plan.
• Review, conduct testing when needed, and approve Non-Conformity Reports (NCR), update NCR log, and assess severity in order to initiate further required corrective & preventive Action along with Non Conformity Analysis Report.
• Review and approve QC Inspection Reports (QCIR) .
• Cross check Winding Samples to ensure start-up approval was correctly given by the inspector.
• Oversee samples retention activities to ensure correct retention and condition of the retained samples and champion 6S activities related to the QC Lab.
• Prepare Electronic Certificate of Analysis (E-COA) and send it to the concerned customers.
• Review and approve Incoming Inspection Reports and Certificate of Analysis (COA) upon shipment arrival of RM and inform Purchasing to take necessary action in case of non conformity.
• Follow up on the Calibration Master File for constant updates and communicate with suppliers concerning External Calibration to ensure that all QC equipment is properly calibrated on-time.
• Develop & deploy departmental objectives based on the Business Plan in order to reach the targeted objectives, and set Corrective Actions accordingly.
• Develop Quality Plan by product line and align the team accordingly in order to ensure that Quality Plan parameters are being correctly followed.
• Check and approve QC shift schedule in order to ensure adequate QC manpower distribution.
• Follow up on Quarantined WIP/FGs and RM/ORM in order to avoid variances and control dispatches.
• Support Quality Assurance and Customer Service & Logistics Manager in investigating Customer Complaints and communicate complaints to his team in

Approve line startup after verifying order sequence as per line-up and that the
Job factory Ticket (JFTs) are being followed in order to insure product quality.
- Assist in the line startup and troubleshooting upon need in order to ensure
smooth machine runability and maintain set parameters.
- Request RM/ORM/WIP according to JFT requirements and section stock in
order to minimize leftovers and improve change over downtime.
- Review and approve the Daily Production Report to ensure accurate reporting
in the system.
- Check and approve the first sample that fully meets the product requirements
to insure the correct startup.
- Allocate manpower according to the production needs by checking the daily
attendance to insure operation continuity.
- Investigate Internal Rejections reports (IRs) and relay findings to the
production Manager in order to maintain the product’s quality.
- Tally the daily reported waste with the waste received by warehouse in order to
insure avoid waste variance.
