Key Responsivities
• Compliance to all RTA regulations on designs
• Processing approvals from different stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the Dubai Authorities on all NOC applications.
• Reviewing for document submissions.
• Attending technical discussions dealing with authorities, design review and compliance
with all relevant codes.

Key Responsivities
• Ensure the timely acquisition of necessary approvals, permits, and agreements from governmental departments, stakeholders, and third parties for civil engineering projects.
• Provide technical expertise and support in the preparation of documents, plans, and proposals to secure the required approvals and agreements.
• Continuously monitor and implement the requirements and conditions outlined in permits, NOCs (No Objection Certificates), and approvals to ensure compliance throughout the project.
• Oversee the application and processing of permits and regulatory compliance, tracking progress, and addressing any issues or discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
• Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project.
• Prepare monthly forecast of material, plant & labor.
• Prepare 2-week ahead program.
• Manage the day-to-day site activity to execute assigned works.
• Estimation, preparing list of machineries required, preparing shop drawing and method
statements.
• Evaluate progress and team performance to ensure activities are on schedule and
within budget.

Key Responsibilities
• Conducting site visits to check the quality of the work.
• Checking that the work was done as per contract documents.
• Issuing site observation whenever required to the construction team.
• Inspecting the condition of materials delivered to site against the contract documents. • Reviewing the method statements.
• Witnessing piles third party testing for cubes compression test, durability, caliper, sonic
and integrity tests.
• Raising the work inspection requests to consultant after ensuring the works have been
completed as per project requirements.
• Following up the close out of the snag list issued by consultant.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
