My responsibility includes:
- Correspondence with customers
- Meetings with Customers representatives to discuss the technical side of their concern.
- Planning to meet customer's requirements.
- Directing inspection activities (Welding, NDT, Coating, Hydrotesting, Lifting equipment...)
- Coordinating the Calibration services.
- Coordinating the Training services.
- Surveillance of procurement documents.
- Maintaining a listing of approved suppliers.
- Monitoring procedures to assure compliance
- Reviewing and maintaining Quality Records.
My responsibility includes:
- Updating and distributing controlled copy of the Quality Manual as required.
- Planning to meet customer's quality requirements.
- Determining inspection points within the system.
- Approval of quality work instructions.
- Directing inspection activities.
- Surveillance of procurement documents.
- Approval of Suppliers.
- Maintaining a listing of approved suppliers.
- Monitoring procedures to assure compliance
- Reviewing and maintaining Quality Records.
- Calibration of Measuring and Test Equipment.
- Approval of disposition of Nonconforming Articles
- Corrective action management
I was responsible for:
• Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met;
• Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards;
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;
• Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports;
- Managing all QA/QC activities for Client Scope of Work.
- Managing and administering; the QA/QC personnel;
- Preparing, approve, maintain and ensure proper implementation of the Site Quality Plan maintaining alignment with the Corporate Management System (CMS);
- Ensuring Project Management team are fully conversant with their tasks as defined in the Site Quality Plan;
- Ensuring that all required inspection and testing is performed in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans and all associated Project specifications, National and International Codes and Standards;
- Reviewing and report nonconformity to requirements, including the investigation of the cause, recommendations for correction and corrective action and verification of the actions taken;
- Monitoring and review the defect levels and to advise the appropriate Project Management of the necessary remedial actions;
- Oversee the quality, the content and consistency of all inspection reporting;
- Ensuring that materials and equipment are accompanied by the correct documentation/ reporting and calibration certification;
- Managing and approving the Execution Contractor Completion Documentation (ITRs, punchlist closure) ensuring availability of both electronic format and hard copy;
