started the retail career at Feb 2000 after 10 years sales experience in the sales field ( FedEx ) joining Mansour trading and distribution company ( Metro market for 10 years opining 2 stores in Alexandria the promoted as area manager joining Cairo team from 2002 till 2007 opining 6 store at Metro and establishing Keir Zaman chain ( opining 8 stores at 9 months .

Joining Maf Carrefour at September 2008 as LHH department head then joining the beginning of carrefour market from 2010 till 2016 opining 4 supermarkets at Alex & Mansoura and promoted to become Alex & Mansoura Area Manager.

at June 2016 i was transferred to the hyper market division as a store general manager ( Orouba store) west of Alex and on July 2017 taking over city light Hyper East of Alex.

Sound understanding of production, trading & retail business management along with strong commercial focus helped in achieving company’s set objectives, turnover, top line and bottom-line margin (P&L). Develop and implement strategy and principles in coordination with company's overall strategy. Negotiate best possible business agreements / deals with those suppliers to have right product, price, right terms & conditions and other benefits.
Manage, control, train the team effectively using people and operations to ensure that the company provides customer a safe, pleasant in-stock shopping environment. Provide professional training to all managers and store in charge to ensure that they have the professional capability to fully deliver in their role and that they are working on a personal development plan.

Maintain operating standards by putting all areas under strict control to the agreed standards of the company and regulations. Optimize people productivity by manpower planning team building and implementation to achieve target and maximum productivity Maintain food safety and hygiene standards. Communicating to staff integrate and implement other department plans.

For the retail division, Implement merchandise as per concept and planogram of the store store. Explore and utilize maximum opportunity to increase the exclusive range according to the catchment area cluster, turnover by direct import and by private labelling with high profit margin according to the need of each category's turnover and profit. Develop pricing strategy and implement as per company budget and market conditions. Production and store layout and allocate space according to each production /category needs, volume and profitability.
