Finance and Accounts Division:
• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL and Fixed Assets management.
• Preparation of Management Reports of daily, weekly, Quarterly and Half yearly Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables Position for the Higher Management.
• Successfully accomplishing the task for preparation of payments detail made to different JV Companies & cross verification and detail of investment made over a worth of PKR 10 Billion.

Investments and Business Development Division:

• Preparation and maintenance of Company Accounts and Financial Statements in accordance with International Accounting Standards (IAS) / International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and GAAP.
• Managing financials and Business Analysis of Joint Venture Companies including local and foreign investments.
• Monitoring of financial activities and resolution of any financial issues through direct liaison with finance teams and management of the respective JV Companies.
• Successful introduction and implementation of Monthly Management Information Reports for the JV Companies having management control with NLC for effective monitoring of business and financial activities.
• Preparation of Management Reports and Analysis relating to Interpretation of the Financial Statements and Monthly Management Information Reports of Joint Ventures and Investments and presenting to Senior Manager Finance and CFO.
• Successful preparation and implementation of Financial Models, Feasibilities & Business Studies/Plans, Joint Venture Agreements & MOUs for new business endeavors and Joint Ventures in various sectors.
• Successfully accomplishing sale of investments with profit of over PKR 1 Billion.
• Processing and provision of Bank Guarantees, Letter of Guarantees and Corporate Guarantees for respective JV Companies.
• Successful completion of a new Joint Venture Agreement and Financial Due Diligence with a Chinese Company NORINCO Motors and HIT Pak for establishment of Prime Movers and Trucks Manufacturing and Assembling Plant.
• Successfully dealing and coordinating with the External and Internal Auditors for Annual Audit of Financial Statements and internal control systems.
• Supervision of Accountants and Assistant Accountants.
