Job Description:
 On receipt of new Purchase order, develop Time & Action Plan (TNA) to meet the desired shipping date.
 Day to day communication with international customers by sending weekly status sheets & reports on running orders and back-up orders.
 Issuance of plans to production departments by following customer requirements.
 Purchasing & managing accessories from local and international vendors.
 Follow up with Production departments / Vendors on daily basis during different stages of order processing.
 Export shipping planning with customer and updating them regarding Shipment ETD & ETA.
 Handover goods to freight forwarder for custom clearance & shipping line to get B/L (Bill of Lading / Shipping Bill).
 Reviewing L/C (Letter of credit) or contract to prepare export documents.
 Preparing Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Form-E, Country of origin certificate and all other necessary documents as per customer’s requirement.
 Follow-up with Bank to deliver export documents and ensure receipt of due payment.
 Main customers included IKEA, Global Fashion… etc

There, I was managing USA market in which we were offering a wide range of Table linen, Slipcover, Throws, Sheet set, etc. I was offering complete merchandising services to USA clients, starts from development of product, getting approval for bulk production, managing bulk production, ensure readiness of goods on timely format to meet desired ship date.

Customers: I was looking after different client’s accounts included WAL-MART CANADA, WAL-MART USA, K-MART, MAYTEX, TRIBAL SOURCING (Cotton Connection) & POTTERY BARN KIDS USA.
