• contribute in forming the tendering and business to business relationships plans and
and participate in the successful conduct.
• Participate in creating, negotiating, translating and proof reading all of the corporate
documents such as contracting and sub-contracting agreements, NDAs, MOUs, etc.
• Facilitate the management of PDV with information for registration of PDV branch in
Iraq/obtaining a license and opening a bank account;
• Follow up with site planning, logistics, managing expenses and achieve optimal targeted
costs.
• Involved in technical meetings concerning designing, implementations, erections and quality
control in civil and mechanical tasks during construction of power plants.
• prepare presentations and tables and charts to explain and illustrate the sites and program
progress to clients\company board.
• Perform business trip domestically and overseas to follow up with project opportunities
Business trips performed:
1. Beirut, Lebanon, August 2019; during which conducted meetings with Ministry of Electricity
and Water in addition to the investment board (Marketing).
2. Damascus, Syria; August-September 2019: During which conducted meetings with Ministry
of electricity, Ministry of Industry, Industrial zone boards (Hasyaa, Adra) Business owners,
Factory Owners (Marketing)
3. Baghdad, Iraq August-November 2019. During which conducted business with Private steel
mills companies, secured a Power Purchase Contract for a 62 MW with one of the steel mills
( Furat AlKhair Steel mill), assisted in following up and contract process, in addition to
regulating and admin the bidding procedures and guidelines for subcontractors who were
needed to complete certain tasks in the projects.
4. Erbil, Sulimaniah, Kurdistan, Iraq. January 2020-March 2020. During which assisted in
securing an EPC project 104mw power plant to supply electricity to Pepsi Iraq and Royal Can
Manufacturing Company in Iraq.
5. IRAQ, Baghdad June 2020- August 2021: Assignment in 104 mw power plant location:
I contributed in contract matters, in addition to handling subcontracting for mainly civil works, aswell as logistic and local machineries hiring. Implemented the logistic plans set by the company
based on the local resources and contractor's capabilities. during the implementation period, I
handled document control, inventory control during unloading shipments, site coordination and
translation-reports to the head office, I handled most of the communications with the
Customer's managing personnel, in addition to the technical personnel. Supervised and
reported the progress of my company's team and subcontractors, handled necessary liaison
whenever needed between implementation teams. Followed up with quality control in Civil and
Mechanical departments to coordinate their procedures with payment and administrative
procedures with our customer and subcontractors.
Technical skills learnt;
• Supervision of Mechanical procedures for quality control (FUEL TANKS AND WELDING
JOINTS)
• Experience in evaluating and approval stages for materials used in Mechanical and Civil
contracting tasks
• Experience in daily/weekly/monthly site work regulation, coordination and reporting.
6. Monrovia, Liberia: Business trip September 2021. during which we have conducted
marketing meetings with the Minister of land and Mines and Power, National Investment
Commission, Liberia Electrical Commission, Vice President, UK Chamber of Business and
their Liberian associates
