- Provide reactive and proactive support to DU (www.du.ae) for their Global Hosted Unified Communications Service (HUCS)
- Supporting products including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Vision OSS USM, Movius IP Unity Voicemail, Cisco PGW/HSI, Cisco ASR SBC
- Implementation of in-life platform updates (Maintenance Releases and ad-hoc fixes), working to ensure right first time fixes are deployed.
- Point of contact for the Customer Operations and Design teams for in-life queries
- Member of the HUCS/HCS delivery team during end customer deployment projects
- Transfer of Information and technical updates to Customer and Cisco teams
- Support of customer specific testing activities for bespoke feature requests
- Escalation point for Cisco re-active (TAC) teams
- Participate in regular Service Request Review’s with Customers and the Cisco Support Team.
- Manage operational/in life technical relationship with Customer Operations Teams
- Regular On-site activities providing activities such as troubleshooting and technical guidance to customer operations and fulfilment teams
- Working as Pre & Post sales Engineer, implemention and configuration for cisco products.
- Participating Presales Team with Desgine stage and handling the Voice one.
- Participating Sales team and help with customer presentations.
- Conduct Projects Documentations, Survay and customer traning .

- Providing support for Cisco Unified Communication deployments and infrastructure including Cisco Call Manager versions 6.x and below, IPCC Express versions 5.x, 6.x, and below, UC 500 series, H323, SIP .
- Reproducing the problems experienced by customers in the TAC LAB, and pinpointing and diagnosing defects/bugs using Cisco TAC knowledge base and by accessing customers’ systems remotely via TAC collaboration tools.
