• Review plans, specifications, and other pertinent documents necessary for project implementation.
• Provide design and drafting services for the roads design team for the preliminary and detailed design project phases.
• Provide technical supervision to all rehabilitation-related work and conduct audit checking of on-site construction contrary to the intent of the road design and reporting findings.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors so that construction specifications are met.
• Prepare periodic reports that detail the project status, document as required, and report to the Resident Engineer.
• Conduct traffic safety measures design review and handle work related to traffic safety improvements.
• Monitor traffic management during construction and review traffic management plans and traffic diversions during construction.
• Build and maintain good communication with all stakeholders involved in the project.
