- Creating, leading, and managing all aspects of a software project, including project planning, communication, scheduling, budget management, issue, and risk tracking from ideation to delivery and beyond
- Ensuring sufficient resources and funding are available to execute all project activities.
My responsibilities included but were not limited to:
- Successfully managed a team of various software developers, UI/UX designers, and system analysts for developing and maintaining the Tatayab e-commerce website and mobile application
- Maintaining and updating all the software platforms of the company including Website, Apps, and ERP systems
- Responsible for multiple technical projects supporting the e-commerce product line for Tatayab
- Allocated and interviewed a technical staff of various Development Engineers, technical writing staff, and interns.
- Managed major internal product enhancements improving user experience and security of the e-commerce platforms
- Developed and established Agile development within the department using JIRA and BITBUCKET automation, which increased developer productivity and security of the code deployment
- Substantially increased Helpdesk response time by identifying repeating issues, developing projects to address issues quickly, and training staff on new resolutions.
- Gathered and provided APIs required for integrating ERP system, Payment methods, and shipping services such as FedEx, Aramex with Tatayab platforms
- Assisted with the development team in building, testing, and implementing high-quality e-commerce platforms for the company
- Proactively identifying project bottlenecks through daily Agile/Scrum meetings with software developers
Currently handling all the Technical and Managerial work from developments to customization in the Website. I'm wearing more then a single hat at the time and been working my best to provide the solutions for the company requirements.
