• Build, develop and maintain REACH Key Informant (KI) network in Syria.
• Remotely Management and supervision of team leaders and enumerators in Syria for data collection and management
• Provide timely updates to the Project Manager focal point of any changes, challenges, and difficulties related to data collection
• Training team leaders and enumerators in Syria on assessment methodologies and data collection tools
• Ensure timely circulation of assessment materials among the team leaders
• Participation in Shelter/NFI, FSL and CCCM cluster meetings with the international partners i.e UNHCR, OCHA,

• Oversee livelihoods centre’s activities in accordance with agreed work plans

• In coordination with the Livelihoods Project Manager, participate to the development of Orange livelihoods programming and enrolment of new ideas in the project feedback mechanism
• Track the progress of activities including Humanitarian, Business, language and Vocational trainings and ensure the collecting of program indicators and provide on-time internal status reports and external donor reports
• Collaborate with M&E team to ensure monitoring activities are in place and relevant to measure the impact of livelihoods programs and the quality of activities.
• Build staff capacity on good livelihoods practices based on identified needs and capacity building plans.
• Overall management of Livelihood assistants working in Phase 2 (Language and Vocational Trainings) and Phase 3 (Income Generation & Entrepreneurship)
• Ensure the quality of data collected during the counselling and the relevance of participant lists
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on indicators’ achievements and challenges related to the project to Livelihoods Coordinator
• Coordinating the provided training services and measuring the quality of trainings offered by the language and vocational service providers.
• Reviewing the trainings materials and presentation; and conducting surveys to measure the trainees’ satisfaction of the offered services.
• Ensure that detailed project work plans are produced and that division of responsibilities amongst team members is always clear
• Coordinate closely with other Livelihoods Officer (Phase 1), M&E and Data Assistant, and Market Mapping and Analysis Unit.
• Deliver English for Starters curriculum in different levels (7th - 12th grade) for about 25 hours a week.
• Prepare pre-tests to evaluate the level of the students.
• Prepare and administer a post-test at the end of the term to measure progress
