Deliver the complete material flow cycle (from the supplier up to warehouse), to ensure the end user requirements are met in terms of quantity and time line.

Close attention to KPI’s i.e., Forecast bias (%) Forecast Accuracy (%) Service level SLA (%)
Drive the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) process with the customer
Highlight risks to supply and define contingencies and track sales daily and manage changes to forecast
Develop inventory strategies to support business in terms of agreed service levels and cost reduction targets
Handling the order planning of Principals like Reckitt Benckiser (RB), L’Oreal, California Garden (CG) and Pinar etc.
Responsible for managing inventory of average value SAR 140 Million monthly & in no. of SKUs around 4, 000.
Increased Inventory turns from 5 to 6.0 per annum.
Utilization of Slow Moving Items to reduce Inventory investment.
Working with marketing and sales teams to find the appropriate stock levels for each region
Devise methods and reports of calculating stock availability, sales forecast accuracy, ABC inventory classification, order fulfillment, slow moving inventory and Out of stock analysis.
Worked with Principals in formulating ordering cycle and shipment process.
Assisted L’Oreal in preparing sales forecast and started preparing monthly orders based on sales forecast.
Reports monthly sales, inventory and inbound plan.
Involves in preparing yearly primary forecast based on secondary forecast. This is on brand level, calculated in value and qty.
Coordinate with IT in preparing system reports and for launching oracle demand planning module.
To negotiate inventory management related parameters, safety stocks, minimum order quantities, lead times, and develop Service Level Agreements (SLA's) with key suppliers.
