1- Purpose: To carry out site construction activities with respect to drawings and specification by taking instruction from Site Engineer/ Project Engineer/ Project Manager.
2- Accountabilities:
1. Setting out for buildings and assigning work to manpower.
2. Arranging distribution of materials for work from site stores.
3. Monthly stock reports of materials.
4. Allocation of labors daily work and daily look ahead for laborers.
5. Highlighting to Site Engineer for required materials in proper timing (at least two weeks in advance).

3- Duties:
1. Directly supervises and controls respective chargehand/manpower.
2. Opens the new activity and controls.
3. Supervises the site general works.
4. Arranges the marking and levels.
5. Confirms the completed work for inspection.
6. Follow ups daily look ahead program.
7. Follows the commitments for site safety.
8. Complies and fulfills the general requirements at site.
9. Follows the instruction or coordinates the general arrangement.
10. Supervises and rearranges the damaged materials.
11. Follows for the site equipments usage.
12. Arranges and stocks the materials at the work place.
13. Supervises and arranges the site housekeeping.
14. Arranges the rubbish removals from the building.
15. Provides the details of man days.
16. Controls the productivity and maintains quality of tasks with the manpower.
17. Allocates works and spreads the activities
18. Follows the look ahead programs with engineer.
19. Shifts and arranges the manpower from place to place.
20. Checks the completed works on daily basis
21. Monitors and supervises the concrete casting.
22. Controls the finishing.

4- Communication and Working Relationships: Directly and indirectly receives the instruction and follow ups on them and concrete suppliers.
Internal: Project Engineers, Safety Engineer, and Site Engineer.
External: Concrete supplier.

I was alredy working in different branch depending to construction : steel wood, pluster, concrete & all finishing work
my team included more than 60 pearsons (mason, carpenter, steelfixer ......)
