•Supervise IT Support team to handle all trouble shooting (hardware & software).
•Responsible managing projects for new OS Migration, software’s and new branches setup (IT Equipments, Queue System, Digital Signage, …etc).

•Responsible for generating a weekly / monthly ‘Aging Analysis Report’ of Service requests / incidents for my section and the reports are to be forwarded to the Section Heads and IT Head.
•Played a key role in DIB migration project to Active Directory environment, planning, testing, pilot setup, implementation, Supporting and troubleshooting.
•Lead the IT Support team for the Implementation of the Mail Migration Project from Lotus Notes to MS Exchange 2007.
•HP Open View Service Desk System Administration ( System Customization and User’s roles and security management )
· Designed, installed and configured LAN’s with windows 2000/XP/2003 networks and custom software for Internet cafes.
