• Responsible for setting and execute annual manpower plan.
• Handling recruitment processes for all levels in Egypt.
• Classify & setting the most effective recruitment channels to fulfill the required vacancies in our projects.
• Responsible for the recruitment budget.
• Responsible for screening all received CV’s and organizing interview programs.
• Introduce credible competency based candidate assessment tools in conjunction with the divisional HR team to ensure the right fit between the candidate, the position and the organization.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
• Conducting HR Exist Interview.
• Recruitment Monthly report with the turnover analysis.
Training:
