2) Attend International Exhibition and events outside and inside Egypt to make promotion for the products.
3) Communicates vertically & horizontally with all members of the Export Department.
4) Responsible for all sorts of business communication with the company’s interrelated departments, such as Finance, Accounting, Production, Quality Control…etc.
5) Issuing the export orders to the factory while performing all necessary clarifications & follow ups until their final completion, and notifying the shipping specialist about the reported dates.
6) Acts as the department’s focal point with the factory and the After Sales Service Department regarding any technical inquiry or requested spare parts inquired by the Export clients.
7) Establishing L/Cs conditions according to company’s policies.
8) Responsible for the timely preparation and execution of the full shipping documents pertaining to any export order.
9) Handles all the exports banking logistics, such as documentation & collection follow ups.
10) Preparation of various periodical Export reports; such as orders under processing, export sales and collections.
11) Develops Data base for all prospective export clients obtained from various international exhibitions that GMC participates in.
12) Responsible for obtaining various shipping offers & quotations in a periodical updated manner.
13) Negotiating with numerous shipping companies for acquiring the best possible rates and preferred vessels’ schedules.
14) Responsible for all the exports shipping procedures and execution, whether by Air, Land or Sea.
15) Reports to the Export Manager.
1) Responsible for all import and export procedures.
2) Director of the company branch in Sudan (Egypt for plastics).
3) Overseeing & follow-up production, procurement and customs procedures (import or export from Egypt to China).
4) Do Marketing and sales for Company Product in the Sudanese market.
