Preparation and review of Project drawings, bid documents, DPR, B.O.Q and Engineering Estimate, Analysis, Variation, evaluation of bids.
•Manage the detailing, costing, price negotiation and schedule of project. Reviewing contractors relevant change order proposals and preparing recommendations.
•Undertake the detailed short term planning and co-ordination at site in accordance with the master program.
•Set targets and monitors the productivity of the workforce at site.
•Preparation of detailed construction schedule, activity sequencing and manpower forecast.
•Planning, coordination to solve the technical issues and execute the project with minimum time.
•Design review, Monitoring and Installation of Electro-Mechanical equipments in the Project.
