In addition to covering company needs for computer hardware, software and networking tools, I am a network administrator where I manage the company network and use roles and features of windows server to meet the needs of other employees.In Addition, I worked on ALPHA ERP accounting system and I have a good knowledge about it.
My Duty was to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network operating system, Be familiar with all hardware and software, Be familiar with network operating system, Provide orientation to new users of existing technology, Train staff about potential uses of existing technology, Train staff about new and potential use, Provide individual training and support on request, Provide recommendations about accessing information and support and Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
My role was to lead, motivate and manage, the work involves teaching and acting as a careers consultant and training adviser.I also used to prepare my team, ensuring their readiness to fulfill their roles in the armed forces, directing them when circumstances demand action, and using their skills and competence.
