To develop and execute an Area Trade Marketing and Distribution plan which meets brand, volume and profit objectives for each trade channel through the most effective and efficient utilization of budgets and manpower in order to achieve the delegated objectives.
Comments:
- Manage the distribution of company brands within the Area through retailers in order to insure that availability is maximized in line with brand strategies and the needs of the market.
- implement promotion programs with optimum use of resources and materials in order to achieve the highest in-store visibility and sales performance for the key strategic brands throughout the area.
- Establish close working relationships with the trade in order to gain high levels of trade support and loyalty.
- Develop effective working relationship with business partners
- manage an efficient and effective area trade marketing and distribution team trough on the job training motivation and staff development
- Identify business opportunities.
- Data & Gap analysis, providing efficient proposal.

- Achieve the Sales targets, in cooperation with sub gents and wholesalers in the designed territory
- Achieve the set availability, visibility price and freshness targets.
- Assure optimal product flow sub agents to wholesalers and from wholesale Chanel to retailers.
- Implement the wholesale distribution plan, in order to meet the required level of distribution for the brand, within the designed territory.
- Implement the agreed promotion programs, with optimum use of materials.
- Provide accurate and timely wholesale information and reports regarding price/ margin, volume, stock, competition, counterfeit, product, freshness, etc
- Develop and maintain close business relationship with sub agents and the key wholesale costumers, in order to gain high level of support and loyalty,
- To negotiate with different customers.
- To report weekly and monthly to factory manager.
- To organize marketing process in Mocha industrial food from purchasing order stage till sale.
- To evaluate local supplier by market searching as per their performance. (Lead time, cost, quality...)
- To manage sellers to achieve company's target market.
- To prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
- To plan and developing a marketing strategy.
I have started my industrial activity from 2008 as a sales manager in an industrial food factory. I was in touch with different companies and producers.
