• Ensure clients engagement and issue insurance policies through the company system
• Follow up with clients for new opportunities and manage collection to be delivered on time
• Build strong relationship with clients and ensure the customer satisfaction and continuity
• Help individuals through the sales channel, filing and documenting clients claims, issue new policies
