Recruitment & Manpower Budget:-
• Assisting the HR Manager for all manpower needs for the company.
• Contributing to the performance culture & standardized merit base recruitment process.
• Collect the requirements from the line Managers/concern department heads for the manpower needs.
• Categorize the requirements and examine the budgeted vacancy.
• Coordinating in all necessary activities relating to mobilization of new starters locally/ from overseas to include employment contracts, coordination of visa process and relocation guidance.
• Screening the CV for potential candidates in line with the company requirement.
• Employee on boarding procedure and hiring action in ERP.
Compensation & Benefits:-
• Reviewing staff performance appraisal feedback from line managers
• Preparing Promotion, salary adjustments & other allowance of the employees
• Organizing the company accommodation/transportation & other benefits
• Scrutinizing all the travel/educational allowance claims and verify in accordance with the policy
• Reviewing the ESB(End of Service Benefits) & ensure all terminal benefits processed in accordance with UAE labor law
• Initiating medical insurance and monitoring claims for all employees
HR Operations:-
• Introduced new standard forms & procedures
• Responsible of all administration duties including sub contracts
• Responsible for the Payroll process of approx 1600 employees through Oracle Application R12.
• Responsible for preparing monthly MIS Report for superiors and management
• Employee exit interview & smooth transfers
• Monitoring leave Management
• Maintained company’s fixed asset register for better asset management
• Kept track of, and managed expenses relating to vehicles and other company assets under the department.
• Managed computerized payroll, ledger and employee information
• Administer labor camp for around 200 employees.
• Maintain employee’s personnel files.
• Co-ordinate with document controllers in sites and factory.
• Maintaining fixed asset data in ERP Blue Chips Module
• Co-ordinates with department heads for manpower requirements.
• Screening Candidates & Conduct preliminary interviews and provide feedback to line manager
• Apply for employment visas and follow-up with PRO.
• Maintaining leave records of all employees.
• Making yearly performance appraisal for employees.
• Arrange Health insurance card and workmen compensation.
• Initiating & Coordinating day to day activities
• Arranging employees accommodation & transportation
• Preparing time sheets for payroll.
• Monitoring daily attendance.
• Preparing weekly report for late comers for their department head.
• Responsible of office administration (Housekeeping staff)
• Maintaining inventory of stationery & housekeeping materials.
• Make calls to customers for business promotion & follow-ups.(Telemarketing)
• Creating presentation for the clients.
• Recording staff sign in/out timings.
• Book keeping.
• Make routine general entries and maintain account of suppliers & clients.
• Documentation.
• Controlling employees, maintaining rules & regulation.
• Making international corresponding through Internet & telephone to China, Hong Kong, Taiwan & Germany.
• Controlling in house activities.
• Noting meeting minutes of Chief Executive & conveying to employees.
