● Supervise Telecom section including Satellite News Gathering (SNG) vehicle / Flyaway system, Company Communication System, uplink/Downlink feeds and roof Antenna adjustment.
● Make reports, statistics to Engineering manager.
● plans with manager the implementation of
projects (new equipment's installation), according
to time, Quality & Budget.
● Supervises technical staff on a day-to-day or
project basis, assigns tasks to employee &
evaluate them.
● Follow with HR department, employee schedule,
overtime and all
company policies.
● Ensure all documentations and configurations
are kept up to date.
● Coordination with satellite & Telecom Companies.
● Resolve any Hardware/Software issues and liaise
with suppliers

● Responsible for installation, troubleshooting, and
maintenance of Uplink/Downlink satellite
communications systems. These systems
include Antennas, High Power Amplifiers (MCL-
Xicom), Controllers, Encoders, Modulators
(Mpeg-2/Mpeg-4), and Receivers.
● Perform Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI)
on all equipment's and make reports concerning
their status.
● Provides antenna adjustment and maintenance on
various satellites as needed.
● Operating Satellite News Gathering (SNG) / Flyaway
systems.
● Verifying satellite TV systems for correct
functionality and optimal performance by testing
equipment, connections, identifying and correcting
any issues.
