• Reporting to General Manager.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the facility overseeing that work is accomplished by the managers and supervisors, and that it is consistent with corporate policies and objectives.
• Oversee that the inventory management is consist with sales, cash flow and financial goals.
• Oversee sales, delivery, distribution, pricing, and customer service.
• Serve as the principle public relations spokesperson for the company.
• Advice and direct staff, provide assistance and guidance where needed.
• Oversee that the showroom staff develop and implement professional developmental plans for the employees, their supervisors and managers, conduct regular staff meetings to achieve the goals.
• Resolve important customer complaints and service problems.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Prepare employee appraisal based on their performance and loyalty.
• Motivate and support sales staff to achieve targets set by the company.
