• Analyzing, planning and conceptualizing the processing for the product development as well as target fulfillment of the company targets and requirements within the quality parameters while coordinating with the product development and cross-functional teams.
• Executing the strategic plans for the processing while identifying and inspecting the incoming raw materials to ensure quality and cost efficient products.
• Ensuring all the products have clearly defined specifications with careful and sophisticated quality control measures in compliance to the international standards.
• Employing the use of various ultra modern facilities and sophisticated instruments.
• Testing Process intermediates for quality control purpose and to assess process control. Test Raw Materials and Final product for Quality Assurance.
• Performing root-cause analysis of defects while developing and improving the processing by taking corrective actions to prevent any reoccurrences and defective issues.
