∙ Drilling Supervisor Role responsibilities (2017 - present):
1. Ensure safe execution and delivery of well construction and intervention activity in line with HSE, company policy and procedures.
2. Execute program and manage operations reporting to senior drilling supervisor.
3. Familiar with new technologies like Conductor jetting and hole enlargement.
4. Check all on site Equipment (e.g. casing handling equipment, drilling BHA) Well Materials (e.g. casings, liner hangers, wellheads, packers), and Well Consumables (e.g. bits, mud additives, cement additives). 5. Review operations with service partners ensuring required tools and personal.
6. Prepare daily drilling report, forecast and daily operations instructions.
7. Supervise night operations on Workover and Completion wells both open and cased hole gravel pack, upper completion
8. Well Control supervision and operations as required. Verify drilling fluids are mixed as per the mud program and required solids control equipment is operated at each phase of the well. 9. Familiar with water based, oil-based muds and completion fluids.
