International Turnkey System Ltd is a leading information technology solution provider serving the Middle East and Africa. Offering variety of product includes TABS suite, ERP, BI, DRM, TComm, TRewards, HP, SUN, Cisco and IONA, Managing company accounts Zain, MTN, Canar-Etisalat, Vodafone, Espresso, Sudatel and NTC. My role in the company was as follows:
• Maintain and analyze budgets and prepare periodic reports comparing plans against actual, and identifying variances for management comments and actions also prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, amortization and depreciation schedules and other financial reports as necessary.
• Preparing RFP and RFQ based on customer requirements.
• Negotiating with the customers and finalizing the business deals.
• Maintaining the purchase Order/Work Order status and keep continuously updating data according to deliveries.
• Searching for New Client Opportunities and interacting with ITS local and international customers.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and developing the clear business prepositions.
• Preparing various sites MIS reports including business trend reviews at periodic intervals.
• Billing Invoicing, collection and daily updating the client and the concerned Departments.
Here I worked as a part of telecommunication TABS billing systems implementation teams traveled within the Middle East and Africa to provide onsite implementation and support for different telecom operators. Modules supported and implemented INV, ARM, CRM, CCM, IAA and GL also I worked as a part of the billing system team where my main role was a billing module owner I did the following:
• Find and correct errors in the daily transaction done by the operator.
• Improving the billing system and implementing new updated features.
• Checking the bill extraction and update according to the business required.
• Implementing new rates upon request by the operator.
• Give an onsite hand over training to the customer.
• Stock management.
• Interconnect or settlement module Operation & support.
Devolop specialist hand portable instrumentation for niche applications. Involved in a wide range of testing hand held products (real-time FFT analysers, vibration data collectors, rugged mobile computers, intrinsically safe products and IDMoS CMS used for monitoring of a dental decay). Emonitor Odyssey and Machine Analyst was used to perform the test. I wrote several bug reports and DVT documents for some of these products.
Work experience included instrument assembly and testing, involving work with PCBs, wiring and electro-mechanical build. The instruments were Mass Spectrometers. I worked on the following types of instruments; quadrapole, TOF and magnetic sector types. In testing I had to utilise my electronic and physics education.

During this period I compleated a successful individual project building a D/A converter Circuit assembly and testing it.
