•Responsible for Saudi Arabia, Gulf Markets, financial analysis in terms of budget, projection, and projects as well handling as Finance Manager role for Saudi Arabia handling all finance functions in Saudi Arabia operation from Budgeting, Projections, Accounting, Business Controls and Distribution related matters, projects.

•Support Middle East management in monitoring business performance and financial analysis; utilize strong financial, controls and accounting competencies to provide appropriate financial analysis, controls in support to Saudi operation.

•Working capital management and direct customers inventory control.

•Handles implementation of the company’s compliance policies and procedures, FCPA reviews and strengthen the control environment across the organization.

•Assess risks and provides alternate solutions and contingency plans to ensure the financial commitments are met.

•Monthly Financial Report (MFR) Reconciliation to the order processing sales to check the proper reporting of sales, cost, inter-company profit (ICP) and the market gross margin calculations.
•Monthly analysis for the company financial performance vs. budget, highlighting the deviations to budget and reporting to the management.
•Preparing the company monthly projection (rolling estimate).
•Analyzing the cost of sales opportunities & reporting to management for decision.
•Monthly analysis for the cost of money (COM) charge to our market.
•Samples control and cost analysis in light of the company budget and reporting to the management.
•Participation in Budget process with preparing the related income statement and product P&L.

•Preparing the inventory tracking reports which shows the monthly inventory level per product. In addition to highlighting the inventory risks such as:
- Out of stock situation
- Over stocking
- Nearly expired goods, etc.

•Quarterly production forecast for all supply sources.
•Supervising day to day order processing transactions including issuing orders, preparing orders validations, follow-up with suppliers starting shipping points till receiving the goods at the warehouse, etc.
•Monthly reserve for obsolescence and future free goods.
•Monthly revision for the company’s distributors A/R, preparing the necessary accrual for the due commissions and payment to the respective distributor.
•Furnish the senior management with the weekly sales performance.
•Taking care for all works as a backup of finance manager
•Attend METRA Compliance training.
•Attend EMEA Finance Forum 06& 07.

-Prepare from the books and records such regular reports as are required by local management and higher centers within the company on or before the deadlines set for such reporting. Be able to support and verify their accuracy and integrity.
-The investigation and interpretation of monthly analyses of accounts for management control purposes.
-Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and in the analysis & interpretation of variances from such budgets and forecasts.
-Exercise professional vigilance over all aspects of the company's financial systems, cash and assets controls, report any defects, weaknesses, discrepancies etc.. to the Director of Finance.
-Ensure adherence to all the Company’s financial Policies and Regulations.
-Cash position and cash forecast to ensure optimal utilization of funds.
-Produce a monthly briefing for the Company’s management team on the results together with variances from forecast.
