 Online on‐time update of tenant’s cheque clearance to process Ejari Contract
 Formulating monthly reports of vacant/upcoming/loss of rent properties; helping
the marketing team to decide status of the rent to charge.
 Maintaining staff immigration/passport details to ensure renewals are done on time
and protecting company from incurring penalties.
 Ensuring the payment certificates of the consultant/contractor/sub‐ contractor
were taken care of on all of the company’s real estate projects
