• Flight Dispatch skills and knowledge about Domestic, International & Special flights such as ETOPS, Euro Control & NAT MNPS Tracks.
• Operation Control, Situation awareness about Dispatch policies and procedures.

• Responsible for the filing ATC flight plans to air traffic services or relevant authorities containing information such as altitude speed of aircraft & alternate & routing for smooth departure of schedule/non schedule flights
• Movement Control sending arrival departure movement messages with delay codes to concern authorities.
• Responsible for getting fuel figures from captain to computation of the amount of fuel required for the load controller to prepare trim sheet.
• Operational requirements such as clearances (over flight), permits (landing), permissions (PPR’s), fuel nominations, provide general deceleration to non-schedule flight crew & arrange hotel & fuelling for them. (non-schedule Flights)
• Coordinate with the other departments staff such as traffic, ramp, load control & cargo for safe and consistent flight operation. (Schedule Flights)
• Facilitate operating crew in immigration customs & other airport agencies counters & escort them to the cockpit.
• Provide accurate flight briefing to cockpit crew regarding ATC, Notams & weather.
• Greeted and directed VIP passengers towards their desired flight. (VIP Flights).
• Special handling of handicapped & critically ill passengers with great care.(Ambulance Flights)
• Prepare & handover flight folder containing operational flight plan, copy of filed ATC flight plan, met folder & Notams to the captain before departure of the flight.
• Complete flight planning, flight monitoring & flight dispatching of Boeing 737-200 aircraft.
• Deal with Flight Planning on Flite Star (Software) according to Notams, Metars & TAFs, fill the submit ATC Flight Plan, Flight Watch & Arrival Departure MVTs.
• Calculate the fuel load, which is adequate for the proposed flight
• Brief the operating crew all aspects of flight plan, fuel uplift, weather conditions and affected NOTAMS of each flight.
• Coordination through emails for ground handling permissions (overflying & landing), arrange crew hotel accommodation etc
• Updating Jeppesen Revisions and AIP Amendments.
• Maintaining & Updating Operations Manuals Library.
• Updating Crew F.D.T.L (flight duty timing limitations) & Crew Files.
• Flight Updating & Closing in Online System.
• Maintaining Post Flight Documents (Journey Log, Flight Plan, Fuel Slips, etc.) and System Entries.
• Supervision of Flights Arrival & Departures Handling.
• Preparing Fight Plan for different A/C (ATR-42, B-737, A-310)
• Crew Briefing in accordance with performance charts,
meteorological charts & Notams.
• Responsible for the preparation of flight plans containing
information such as maximum allowable takeoff and
landing weights, weather reports, field conditions, NOTAMS
and many other informational components
required for the safe completion of flight.
• Responsible for computation of the amount of fuel required for
the safe completion of flight according to
type of operation, aircraft, distance of flight maintenance
limitation, weather conditions and minimum fuel
requirements prescribe by company policy.
• Liaising with maintenance for any M.E.L. item which may affect
the performance of the aircraft being planned
and accordingly evaluate payload data to produce the
operational flight plan.
• Evaluates Weather and flight performance and generate flight
release.
• Responsible for airfield and route assessment with minima’s
such as fire coverage, LCN.
• Responsible for cost analysis for the required route and
airfield.
• Generate a safe and efficient flight plan, including weight and
balance and Performance data for both
domestic and international flights.
• Responsible for passing the relevant movement to the
concern authority.
• Handles strict operational requirements such as clearances
(over flight), permits (landing), reservation (slot/airway),
restrictions (noise/time), permissions (PPR’s), and
authorizations.
• Responsible for managing flight and cabin crew roster
according to the rules set by CAA.
• Issuing changes, stand-by duty roster for flight and cabin
crew.
• Filling discretion report for extra flying hour exceeding FDP
with weekly and monthly report for
