CWG and Pest control. Work orders:
- Supervise the facility’s operation, conservations activities, cleaning activities, and the fulfillment of established programs.
- Make sure all pest control solution, traps, anti-birds are distributed as per approved strategy, as well as their sufficiency.
- Sending daily, weekly and monthly report.
Equipment Operation:
- Station Operation and facility, supervisor are responsible for control and supervise installations operation relating to customer services and support O&M Manger managing station operational services at the station including cleaning activities and conservations activities like gardening landscaping and waste management.
- Perform other activities that are assigned to them by their Manger, in attention to their abilities.
- Performing the job according with maintenance and conservation Procedures.
- Generate and following up the work order in the CMMS.
- Following up if the subcontractors are following the Preventive plan maintenance.
- Track the KPI for the subcontractors for a daily basis.
Station surveillance:
- Reports to the immediate maintenance manager about the execution of the work process.
- Controls activities in order of work on site, reporting any abnormality.
- Making hourly and/or planned and random round in the station.
-Receive and record any delay or change in the train plans, informing the related stations.
-Coordinate with other entity in OCC if needed.
-Sending daily, weekly and monthly report to OCC manger.
Logs and records:
Registering and updating any event or incidents in the stations at the event log.
Shipments:
Receiving the application
-Preparing the initial documents.
-Processing the original documents.
-Inform the parties involved.
-Issuing the necessary certificates.
-Request for processing the expected payments.
- Standardization of prices for customs items.
- Registration of codes in customs.
Follow-up of shipments
-Suspension of shipment and arrival time.
-Supervise shipments after unloading.
-Supervising the performance of the carrier.
Follow-up clearance procedures
-Matching the data with the custom clearance (auditing).
-Linking the shipment data to the exchange system SAUDI EDI.
Receipt of customs cards and custom BAYAN
-Audit the customs cards after receipt.
-Sort the custom card and archived.
-Send the customs cards for cars sold.
-Make a soft copy of the custom BAYAN and archived.
Monthly closing the related invoice:
-Review of the clearing bills.
-Issuing insurance bills.
Customs registration:
Externals
-Follow-up with the Brand.
-Request for certificates for Translation.
-Submit certificates according to the customs system in value management (permanent updating) with continuous review.
-Ensure registration data in the customs system.
-Follow up updates and new requests from customs.
-Train the requirements and inform the team about it.
Internals
-Updating customs data continuously (annually) in the work system.
-Entering data that is not fixed manually.
