Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Budgeting:
Preparing a manpower budget based on the department’s mobilization and demobilization plan.
Reviewing and validating the cost-to-company report.
Developing the recruitment strategies, partnering with HODs and finalizing their annual manpower
plan, Supporting the recruitment team at all stages of the recruitment life-cycle.
Leading both onboarding & Exit Interview process, induction and personal file management (HRIS).
Talent Profile Management:
Creating and implementing job families, job roles, and job descriptions
Identifying and mapping technical and behavioral competencies to job, developing the
competency framework in line with the company’s overall strategy and business objectives.
Building succession plan for key positions, developing an internal promotion strategy to retain
employees and ensure career progression,
HR Policies & Procedures:
Developing HR policies & procedures and an employee handbook, reviewing the policies by
periodically as per Qatar Labor Law.
Developing HR strategy and framework, Leading HR audits and maintaining various HR related
registers and participating for the quarterly management review.
Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Management:
Preparing and Monitoring monthly payroll and off- cycle payments, including leave payments, end-
of -service settlements and other entitlements.
Reviewing attendance records and resolving any attendance related discrepancies.
Preparing and submitting the WPS file in line with WPS guidelines, coordinate with finance department
for timely disbursement of monthly salary.
Developing grading structure and salary ranges, aligning job roles to grades and grades to salary
range. Processing monthly incentives and annual performance bonus.
Learning & Development, PMS, Employee Relations:
Building and maintaining the learning library with training modules, identifying job specific training
and ensuring employees are upskilled accordingly. Identifying training providers for external training
requirements.
Implementing Performance management system through objective settings (departmental KPI’s or
targets), following -up with HODs to complete the performance cycle, including goal setting,
Quarterly review and final review.
Resolving employees issues specific to policies and procedures, compensation & benefits,
performance scores, promotions and other grievances etc., Initiating and leading employee
engagement activities.
General Administration, PRO Monetization:
Managing all office administration like conducting meetings, events, inventory management, various
tenders and projects documents, ticketing, company legal documents, ISO certification, employee
insurance, vehicle management, MIS reports etc…
Working closely with company PRO’s for processing and renewing both company and employee’s
legal documents to renew in a cost-effective and timely manner.
