• Attracts potential students by answering course and programmes related questions; suggesting information about offered courses
• Start student applications by receiving application documents
• Maintains student records by updating application information.
• Resolves student problems by providing one contact poitn to the student concerns; determining the pending issues for admission; following up with relevant departments at university to ensure resolution.
• Maintain physical applications by processing student applications.
• Prepares application/course reports by collecting and analyzing student interest information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Represent University at Educational Exhibitions
• Advise and counsel students on university programs, course selection, entry requirements, application process and fees
• Respond to student queries via emails, phone calls and provide required details
• Facilitate and support student admissions at the university
• Receive applications, cross-check for completeness and make applications online
• Chase required documents for application with students and maintain physical records of applications
• Follow up with university admissions department on students applications
• Keep students informed about their application, offer status (conditional, unconditional, reject)
• Share academic calendars with students and organize events for student support prior to joining the university
• Make all necessary arrangements for fee deposits and CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies)
• Manage all aspects of marketing for regional office
• Develop marketing strategies in wake of market dynamics and regional office objectives
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions (including postal, social media, email and calling)
• Manage the allocated marketing budget for maximization
• Responsible for brand and corporate identity of Queen Mary regional office
• Monitor and control marketing and internal communications
• Work with designing team to create a wide range of marketing material (Brochures, flyers, leaflets, Social media posts etc)
• Keep all relevant teams on same page for achieving marketing goals
• Coordinate and manage events organized by regional office
