Monitoring the delinquent portfolio of Dubai Islamic Bank, I have also been managing the Debt Collections for different organizations “Etisalat/Emirates Integrated Telecommunication Company PJSC “du” /Majid al Futtaim/Barclays/Mashreq Bank & Citibank.
Responsibilities Includes:
•Managing overall Department processes and provide operational plans in order to achieve the set target by company.
•Building and maintaining a strong relationship with business partners.
•Enthusiastically involved in supervising, training, motivating and directing the collation team including setting performance standards and monitoring performance for assessment of KPI’s.
•Appropriate preparation of assigned periodic reports from time to time by the management/client towards performance and SOPs.
•Developing robust policies and procedures that facilitate profitability maximization with cost effectiveness.
•Preparing SWOT analysis that assists to monitor key performance metrics.
•Responsible for preparation of monthly budget, targets and capacity planning for the team and appraising their performance based on given targets.
•Review daily activities to observe productivity with corrective action.
•Announce multiple incentive/rewards/certifications to boost the motivation.
•Liaison with high value customers (SMB) for quick & smooth resolution.
•Organize weekly session with staff to discuss and provide the feedback with action plan.
•Educating staff on market dynamics to enhance their performance and ensuring alignment with company strategies and financial objectives.
